PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION:
Drive the district profitability by meet or exceeding sales & profit targets; Coach Store Managers to drive commercial success and excel in customer service; Ensure proper execution of established policies, procedures, initiatives and directives to support franchise key stores to be the model store to elevate customers’ retail operation capability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive Franchise key stores’ sell-out LFL% growing
- Daily/weekly/monthly business performance tracking
- Business analyze and action proposal
- Retail Ops KPI tracking and improving
Drive Franchise key stores’ faultless operation execution
- Implement adidas operation initiatives in Franchise key stores
- Franchise key stores’ staff profile regular review
- Franchise key stores’ rostering regular review
- Franchise key stores’ staff training tracking and following
- Franchise key stores’ staff fulfill ratio tracking and reaction
Drive Franchise key stores’ key offer merchandising execution
- Monthly IA plan review and feedback
- Monthly IA drop review and on-filed checking
- Weekly replenishment tracking and feedback
- Manual allocation management
Strengthen contacting with customer branch
- Franchise project regular workshop with customer (with customer branch)
- Quarterly workshop with Franchise store manager in region
- Regular contacting with customer branch company covering related topics

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a retail multinational company
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in regional management
- University Degree or strong retail store management experience
- Be able to communicate in English
