Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
To facilitate the seamless implementation of nationwide learning projects and cross-functional initiatives, define/develop standardized working process and comprehensive training packages to effectively address the learning needs across all channels in offline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the retail training workstream within company-wide key projects, ensuring timely and high-quality follow-up.
- Take the lead of planning quarterly pre-season kick-off and drive continuous improvement
- Develop and maintain standardized on-boarding learning package including part-time staff
- Define ROIP store visiting process and checklist to ensure consistent field execution
- Standardize store opening/remodeling training process and full set of training package
- Collaborate with ROE and MW FRO team to facilitate Mystery Shopper Program landing
- Work closely with GTM team in terms of SMM/TM participation and material sharing
- Work closely with Consumer Experience team in terms of ISC toolkits and VM training materials
KPI
- Timely delivery of all retail training related follow-up actions from company-wide key projects, with high quality
- Satisfaction rate of quarterly pre-season kick-off sessions
- Standardized learning package for onboarding and store opening
- Standardized ROIP way of working and checklist
- 360-degree feedback from cross-functional key stakeholders
Qualification:
- At least 5 years of project management experience in cross-functional environments Process management mindset and experience are mandatory
- At least 3 years of experience in training & development, learning or related fields
- Retail-related working experience is a plus
