Manager Performance Marketing
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
In this role, you will work in the Performance Marketing team and be responsible for .com ecosystem & JD growth via paid media, as well as establish close external media/platform partnership.
Key Responsibilities:
Traffic Management
- Conduct store traffic projection and reporting to provide data support for traffic strategy adjustment.
- Optimize performance media to elevate the volume and quality of paid traffic, thereby enhancing the overall traffic efficiency of the .com ecosystem & JD.
Performance Media Management
- Under the guidance of the budget and business target, clarify the core direction of media and take effective measures to maximize media efficiency.
- Take sales conversion and traffic recruitment for the .com ecosystem as the main KPI and focus on implementing relevant strategies to achieve the set indicators.
- Manage CPS and Affiliate programs, including selecting partners, formulating cooperation plans, and monitoring the effect of cooperation to ensure the smooth development of related businesses.
Budget Planning & Optimization
- Generate monthly and yearly OS MAEX plans based on the business plan and record them properly for future reference and review.
- Execute the MAEX plan and carry out real-time optimization based on the actual results to ensure that the budget is used efficiently and meets the business objectives.
KPI
- Overall commercial targets of .com ecosystem/JD
- Performance Media KPIs, including CTR, CR, ROI, etc.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Abilities:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Minimum 6+ years’ experience in digital media, online marketing, or eCommerce related field.
- Strong data and business analysis ability, good at finding problems through data analysis and formulating corresponding strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill in both Chinese and English
- Quick learner, detail oriented & team player
- Preferably with a background in sporting goods industry.
