Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
• Communicate with customers RA to land the recommended assortment plan and buying depth to achieve OTB.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze products ranges/buying plan under Customer LENS and provide insights/inputs on buying plan specific to customer and stores level by collecting feedback from customer/account sales and collaborating with omni-buying team.
• Feedback to BU/omni buying team as key contact in FRS sales team when receiving any requests/inputs on products perspective such as product review.
• Provide sales performance review of account according to specific categories across channels
• Leader to feedback and provide forecast on product range and assortment in GTM process especially SMM
• Join and follow up on in-season Trade meeting with customer and provide forecast on in-season buying plan specific to store/product range based on business needs/sales performance/inventory/demand planning, etc.
• Land OTB order to customer include buying structure, product ranges and packages
• Ensure product landing in store through collaborating with Retail Ops team at in-season trading
• Support on promotion plan according to product ST and store inventory
• Support projects of account under specific category

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
• University degree in Business, or equivalent professional experience, ideally with Sales /buying experience.
• 5 years+ of broad merchandising experience; ideally with both category merchandising and retail merchandising experience; Or 5 years+ of account management experience; ideally with key account management
• 3 years+ of working with a diverse team
