Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
As Manager Production in China Studio A your task is to manage and deliver mid-scale and large-scale digital content creation projects, the production of high-quality 2D imagery, 3D and moving content and real time usage for several visualization processes or pipelines for marketing and sales purposes. Your objective is to conduct the projects within the boundaries of time, cost & quality while focusing on consumers’ expectations and requirements. Planning, executing and tracking projects in cooperation with the respective functions and project team members are a few examples of what is expected from this role. Additionally, you will be focusing on resource management, vendor management and coordination activities, acting as the central interface to project stakeholders. Ensure commercial readiness of products across all sales channels for the customization.
Key Responsibilities:
Project/ Program Delivery
- Deliver projects end-to-end successfully, ideally through effective application of PMI/Agile methodology.
- Develop detailed plans that allow providing transparency on progress and identifying risks on time.
- Identify interdependencies with other projects and solve issues proactively.
- Manage, steer and coordinate 2D/3D asset creation scope on seasonal basis (images, moving content, etc.)
Resource Planning
- Form, lead, manage and monitor multi-functional team resources (internals and externals) to deliver and support projects.
- Partner with Supplier Management/ Procurement department in order to manage suppliers for the projects & programs in scope, e.g. interviews, staffing, supplier costs.
Communication
- Act as the key contact person for major China / global stakeholders.
- Apply appropriate and effective communication methods to senior management and important stakeholders (incl. vendor) throughout the project lifecycle.
- As conflicts and escalations arise within projects, identify solutions and drive their resolution in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Develop effective working relationships with cross-functional teams and departments inside China Studio A as well as across multiple departments across the group.
Project Controlling
- Manage project controlling as an independent element to ensure that actual project costs are in line the committed budget.
- Drive engagement reviews. Verify compliance with quality assurance procedures. Validate if project is delivering against program KPIs.
- Manage the monitoring of project variables (cost, effort, scope, etc.) against plan in order to implement corrective or preventive actions.

Key Requirements:
Education & Experience
- University degree with focus on Business Administration, Advertising, Marketing, Visual Communication, Photography related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least 5 years of experience in product visualization, design, or photography related field
- 2+ years apparel creation and visualization experience, especially in large scale ecommerce product photography.
- Solid understanding of marketing industries, processes and communication channels. Knowledge of Finance and Procurement processes is a plus
- Experience working with stakeholders at various seniority levels as well as subject matter experts across various functions (Developers, business stakeholders, product and marketing teams, etc.)
- Experience working as studio management or project manager in TP company is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in leading a team
Soft-Skills
- Very good communication and negotiation skills, especially when interacting with different levels of business
- Organized, proactive, solution oriented and energetic multi-tasker able to use initiative, priorities team and personal workload and have a team deliver creative production solutions under tight timelines and budget constraints.
- Master of time management.
- Excellent attention to detail. Patient with learning new Software/Systems.
- Broad understanding and passion for the sports and fashion industry
Hard-Skills
- Strong MS-Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Expertise with shooting equipment and studio operations.
- Experience with industrial 2D/3D standards
- Experience with 2D Graphics applications especially Adobe Photoshop
- Knowledge of new technologies and equipment for mass production.
- Knowledge in modelling and virtual stitching
- Knowledge in AI production & Workflow
- Fluent Mandarin & English both verbally and written
