Manager Program Facilitation and Content
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and facilitate global learning and development experiences (virtual and in-person) that promote leadership, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and overall people development. These programs require strong facilitation skills and a solid understanding of the organization, delivered to agreed global standards and timelines.
- Manage the full lifecycle of local activation for global learning experiences - from planning and scheduling to learner outreach, promotion, LMS management, and seamless execution.
- Support the design and delivery of (global) high-quality learning experiences by aligning programs with evolving business needs and integrating local perspectives.
- Gather participant and stakeholder feedback to inform future program developments
- Maintain and develop own professional skills through external networking, benchlearning and research into thought leadership
- Support and implement local talent initiatives that are in line with local business needs and talent strategy to support people and leadership development

Requirement, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Bachelor's degree or higher with preference given to majors in Human Resources Management, Education, Psychology, or related fields
- Demonstrated learning facilitation & implementation experience and capabilities in a multi-national company in interpersonal skills/general professional/leadership skills trainings
- Experience on learning needs analysis and content design
- Commercial and organizational awareness on local market
- End-to-end mindset with strong ownership, with motivation to support people’s growth
- A good team player to deliver results through collaboration with both global and local teams
- Basic knowledge and understanding on HR in key process of learning & development, talent management preferred
- Basic project management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation and facilitation skills in English
