Manager Retail Operations H
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
- Critical role of retail operations management through integrating both internal and external resources to drive customer stores operations standard and continuous sales growth
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure stores’ faultless execution landing through process, project and tool design
- Fully understanding with the knowledge of operation excellence, mainly focus on the procedure and related projects on the field to make the store with higher standards and consistency
- Internal cross team collaboration and alignment with account sales ops and retail excellence
- Responsible for consumer experience enhancement
- Develop operational tools to streamline the process and execution
Internal collaborate to drive store key offer merchandising execution
- Track and monitor to push key franchise sell-through%
- Track and monitor to push campaign sell-through%
- Collaborate on strategy category elevation
Project Execution and others
- Initiate the regular meeting, communication, and workshop to strengthen contacting with consumer HQ.
- Track and monitor the related projects execution status
- Non-financial project status tracking and feedback collection
- Other ad hoc tasks as per business needs
Key Relationships:
- Internal: Account Sales, Business Planning, Sales Operations, Retail Excellence, etc.
- External: Franchise customers HQ / Branches / Retail Operations team, etc.
Requirements:
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong process and project management skills
- Good at relationships management, good interpersonal skills
- Diverse and open-minded
- Strong business acumen and analytic skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Solid retail operation know how, with cross-functional experience (Basic VM, AP, Training)
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills (internal & external), Chinese & English
- Excellence organizational skills
- High influencing skill
- IT skills: Advanced MS Office Skills, knowledge of SQL for data extraction and database management and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) is plus
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree is required
- 5 years retail operation management experience with recognized retail brands (fashion or FMCG)
- At least 2 years working experience with franchisees in retail or sales
- Experience in remote management
- Able to communicate with senior management in English
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
