PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION:
Support franchise business achievement and people development, with a clear focus on MW 2.0 project training and large-scale rollout in east region, while undertaking full scope of regional retail training responsibilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as the East Region MW training contact window; participate in project kick-off meetings and review meetings across East all-in branches to align progress and achievement
- Collect training needs and key findings from East MW all-in branches, provide actionable improvement suggestions, and drive continuous project iteration and optimization
- Conduct regular meetings with East MW key stakeholders to communicate regional implementation progress, risks and required support
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for MW, participate in the development and customization of MW training content, and conduct Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions for MW OPS team to ensure consistent training quality across the region
- Participate in regular training content development, including basic training, seasonal product training and other project-based training
- Deliver training session to retail staff to ensure they are qualified in product knowledge, service /selling skill, store operate and store management
- Deliver coaching in store level to sharpen the skill
- Regularly visit and evaluate the in-shop training implementation of each store
- Set up yearly and monthly regional training plan base on national training calendar
- Tracking in-shop training delivery with regional training team quantitatively and qualitatively
- Maintain training record and work out training report on regular basis
- Undertake relevant training administration work

- Training/coaching quality base on internal measurements i.e. Homerun Satisfaction Rate
- Retail KPIs e.g. CR, UPT
- On-time delivery of projects
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Experience in retail training, project landing, or franchise management
- Strong project coordination and cross-team communication
- Ability to summarize insights and drive process optimization
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under expansion pressure
- Skilled in training delivery, coaching, and store evaluation
REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years in retail training, retail operations, or project implementation
- Passion for sports is a plus
- Good English reading/writing; fluent Mandarin
- Excellent PPT/Excel skills
- Any certificate of Training will be a plus
