PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION:
Support Y-3 business growth and people development by delivering luxury retail training, in-store coaching, and consumer-facing brand experiences that strengthen store capability, improve consumer engagement, and ensure all consumer and store interactions reflect Y-3 brand standards.
- Take full charge of training content development, including basic training, seasonal product training, luxury service standards, selling skills, clienteling and other project-based training.
- Deliver engaging training sessions to retail staff to ensure strong capability in product knowledge, brand storytelling, service and selling skills, store operations, and store management fundamentals.
- Act as a brand presenter/facilitator at selected private showings, VIP/VIC events, and other consumer-facing activations, presenting collections, products, and brand stories directly to consumers in an elevated and compelling way.
- Provide in-store coaching to elevate frontline performance, especially in consultative selling, consumer engagement, product presentation, styling recommendations, and handling premium consumer interactions with confidence and sophistication.
- Regularly visit stores to evaluate the effectiveness of in-store training, service execution, clienteling behaviours, and overall brand presentation.
- Set up yearly and monthly regional training plan base on national training calendar.
- Maintain accurate training records and prepare regular training reports, including feedback, observations, and recommendations for continuous improvement.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Strong understanding of luxury service standards, consultative selling, clienteling, and premium consumer experience
- Exceptional presentation, storytelling and facilitation skills for both live and virtual audiences
- Strong personal presence and confidence in representing the brand in front of consumers
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Implementation of training processes and systems
REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of experience in retail training, retail operations, learning & development, or consumer experience roles within the luxury / premium fashion industry
- Experience in luxury brands with strong clienteling and elevated service expectations is highly preferred
- Experience supporting private showings, VIP/VIC events, or premium consumer activations is a strong plus
- Good English reading/writing
- Passion for fashion / luxury / street culture; passion for sports is a plus
- Excellent PPT/Excel skills
- Any certificate of Training will be a plus
