Manager Sales Kids
As an adidas Manager (M4), you will be responsible for executing company / team strateggy. Your role requires a focus on operational delivery, translating strategic direction into actionable initiatives to achieve our objectives.
The adidas Kids business is currently undergoing a strategic transformation, requiring a shift in business focus and priorities. Within Account Sales, the team is tasked with tripling market share over the next 3-5 years by upgrading channel distribution and optimizing business operations. Additionally, Account Sales shows up as brand representative to account and serves a vital feedback loop to internal functions (e.g., Product, Brand Content, GTM) to drive continuous evolution.
Objective:
- Drive sustainable market share growth for assigned account in alignment with brand strategy
Responsible for:
1) Support account planning to your line manager as assisting in content preparation
- Content to support develop 3-5 year strategic plan for assigned account, defining market share targets and growth pillars (POS, operation)
- Assistt in translate strategic guidance into annual business plans, detailing sell out, sell in, inventory, SWB, and phasing etc.
- Capabile to read and plan account P&L and rasie alerts in advance to ensure sustainable year-over-year growth
2) Execution
- Sell-in
- Align OTB with accounts and trac landing into the order book, incl. pre-season orders and in-season orders, e.g. PR, TL, Chase, shipment hold
- Show up as brand representative and execute GTM process with internal functions, e.g. KA previews, trade meetings
- Business operation
- Monitor quarterly / monthly business targets (sell out, sell through, MD, inventory)
- Proactively identify opportunities and mitigate risks, e.g. key account monthly meetings
- Collaborate with team leads, internal functions, and account to come up with solutions
- POS management
- Execute quarterly / monthly POS plan, incl. new opening, closuring, relocation, upgrading
- Land brand contents
- Land brand assets (POP, activation) in market
- Share back on brand contents from market to internal functions, in order to support future improvement
- Financial compliance
- Manage account payments to manage account receivable risk
