Manager Sales Special Channel
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
- To achieve B2B sales target; Deliver business results that meet the company financial goals and build the brand in the region
- To manage and monitor B2B sales processes that lead to a satisfactory development of the retail distribution network
- To support LM to develop the best sales organization to meet business development needs
- To support University related B2B project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own annual sales plan for responsible B2B accounts.
- Work with Retail Marketing, BU to develop the annual business plan to achieve productivity and consumer satisfaction for responsible accounts
- Good preparation for related sales data analysis
- Forecast core product flow by season for all accounts in responsible market based on historical product flow and selling points
- Manage and execute related details with B2B accounts.
- Manage and maintain a healthy A/R balance for B2B accounts
- Execute and follow up on future order sales /shipping plan of B2B accounts.
- Keep good relationships with current B2B accounts/university accounts and try to explore new accounts as well.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 5 years working experience in China Distribution / Sales - related environment for multi-national consumer brand company
- A passion for and an understanding of SPORTS
- Strong communication and influence skill
- Good analysis and computer skill
- Willing to travel and work hard
