Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Accelerating eCommerce is a key pillar of our overall 2025 strategy for China. Our digital platforms and experiences play a vital role in connecting our consumers with our products and brands across many different touch points, as well performing the important role of selling directly to the consumer. 

The ideal candidate will support on achieving an operational excellence for OS online stores (WMS&.COM) activities/promotions/events/campaigns and being a contact center for cross-functional communication and project management on our owned platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations
    • Deliver end to end Ecom operations with discipline and clearly called out actions, timelines and accountability across all owned touchpoints
    • Manage multiple optimization projects and initiatives while driving accountability on day-to-day operation
    • Ability to work outside of standard office hours including weekends and some holidays as required based on product and key campaign launch.
    • Follow up overall plan of site configuration, product readiness and page publishing to support promotions and campaigns.
    • Track campaign and promotion operational readiness and performance, and ensure quality standards as defined service level.
    • Develop expert-level of understanding on existing systems and tools; Support on projects and initiatives to enable automation and drive operation excellence; Ensure omni channel strategy is well executed with eCom flexibility and capability.
    • Corporate with internal functions (i.e. PO, IT, BI) to continuously improve system functionality and operation process.
    • Review TP team productivity, knowledge and skills based on business daily needs and growth requirements.
    • Drive accountability for delivering results with efficiency and effectiveness.
    • High commitment in driving initiatives, adapt to changing and evolving environment.
  • Project management and coordination
  • Managing project timeline & milestones with business and tech team
  • Responsible for related documentation (i.e. process, deck, operation SOP, etc)
  • Co-ordinate & follow-up with cross functions
  • Other project admin work(meeting setup, coordination& arrangement, meeting minutes)

Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Abilities:

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6+ years of eCommerce Operation or marketing operation experience
  • Be familiar with eCommerce platforms (i.e. Brand site, traditional eCom platform Tmall/JD/PDD and new social commerce platforms EW/RED) campaign/promotion process.
  • Be passionate about eCommerce and able to work under intense timeline
  • Can work during weekends or public holidays if needed
  • Sense of responsibility, independent way to work
  • Result driven and be willing to contribute upon team deliverable
  • Strong communication interpersonal skills
  • Good PPT and presentation skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
