Manager Trading Lab
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
- Monitor and provide analysis with product focus
- Identify in-season trading opportunities throughout the product life cycle
- Work with stores to identify product opportunities and follow through the execution
Key Responsibilities:
Business Monitoring and Analysis
- In-Season:
- Deliver existing in-season products tracking frameworks to identify product opportunities both across channels and across multiple eCom platforms
- Establish and enhance end-to-end product tracking framework to drive the smooth sellout of eCom assortment
- Able to call out risks via product deep dive and take lead to drive actions with different business teams
- Identify business opportunity through deep dive analysis leveraging available data sources
- Establish holistic products tracking framework to improve assortment efficiency
- System and Process Enhancement
- Work with BI/IT/CDH to enhance system usage per business
- Propose process adjustments/improvements to enhance data tracking/visibility
- Participate in the development of the integrated data solution and drive clear data visualization and sharp message delivery
- Regular data check & validation to make sure data upload process working
- Share & educate team members to scale up the usage of eCom data & reporting capabilities

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University business degree in statistics, mathematics, finance, business administration, economics or similar discipline
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in analysis related field
- Good understanding of eCommerce business, ideally related to sports market.
- Strong Excel/Power BI skills to develop useful models/reporting dashboards
- Python/SQL related skills are a strong plus
