PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION:Develop and deliver best VM knowledge to adidas store cross all channels.   Play a critical role to drive brand direction, business growth.Key Responsibilities:Support Senior Manager, responsible for all new concept stores opening plan cross both own retail and franchise storesCreate Category Zoning PlanCalculate store SKU CapacityCreate VM Demo with ISC planProvide detail VM toolsNew store opening set up supportMake store opening reportSupport Showroom Layout Plan preparation and set upSupport VM projects and initiativesCreate strong relationship with key stakeholders (VM Planning Team, Regional VM Implementation Team, Retail Operations Team, Buying and Allocation Team, Store Development Team, Retail Marketing Team)Create VM training materials and conduct seasonal VM training seminars to store VM/OVMDrive VM/OVM workshopKEY RELATIONSHIPS:Internal:VM PlanningRetail MarketingRetail OperationsAssortment PlanningStore DevelopmentSalesExternal:VendorsCustomersKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:Able to develop store opening plan independentlyHas strong organized, logic, strategic thinkingGood communication skillGood interpersonal communication skillREQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum 8 years’ visual merchandising experience in retail environment with sports brands or fashion retail brandCollege degree or aboveFluent in English and Mandarin
