Manager eCommerce OS
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
As a core member of OS team, this role is responsible for orchestrating the annual OS activity calendar. The focus is on mastering consumer segment architecture, ensuring community engagement and cross-team communications are perfectly aligned with specific member segments to deepen CRM collaboration. You will leverage social features (e.g., Gift Cards) and engagement mechanisms to drive commercial growth and brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
1. OS Annual Activity Management
- Planning & Scheduling: Develop and manage the comprehensive OS activity calendar, ensuring seamless execution across all key milestones (WMS/FSAPP Anniversary, Summer Sports, Marathons, etc.).
- Quarterly Integrated Campaigns: Lead the planning and execution of quarterly integrated activations, setting clear targets for recruitment, engagement, and conversion.
- Project Governance: Oversee the normal execution of EW and OS projects, ensuring all workflows meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Socialization Initiatives: Enhance and launch social features such as Gift Cards and engagement mechanisms to build organic consumer growth.
2. EW Community & Internal Communication
- Information Cascading: Serve as the primary point of contact to "download" OS activity information to the EW community, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.
- Coordination & Execution: Directly manage the EW community interface, tracking project status and resolving bottlenecks to ensure high-quality delivery.
3. CRM & Social Collaboration
- Member Activation: Partner with the CRM team to execute OS CRM SMS campaigns and facilitate regular information flow between teams.
- Segmented Offerings: Co-develop tailored offerings for different member segments to drive repeat purchase rates and member tier-up.
