SPW APP (M4) Product Manager
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
- Bring consumer and market insights into range concepts
- Create Product based on X-BU’s market Input: SPW, Training, SPSP
- Work closely with all creation functions (Design, Developer, Sourcing) to execute product Creation
Key Responsibilities:
- Show understanding of the product creation process whilst managing all tasks within the given time frames, with special attention to speed to market
- Proactively manage range direction and sharpen the creation direction within the local sportswear landscape to create leading products winning the market.
- Work within cross-functional team and with interlinked departments to enable an efficient product creation process with an optimum product outcome
- Actively execute short-lead time or Ad-hoc product Creation (e.g. existing fabrics or already developed/existing styles from global / supplier)
- Understanding Apparel knowledge (material, technology, pattern) and capability to work closely with T1/T2 Factories
- Proactively Capturing latest Market trend & Consumer insights, implement into Product creation
- Actively Communicate with different BU, and execute Product creation based on their input
- Prepare and present ranges and business-related topics - with respective audience in mind - by using relevant structure and content
- Work independently on projects and follow up on project development, be proactive, flexible, solution driven to ensure project delivery.

- Maintain a strong relationship and ensure constant dialogue/feedback with

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Communicate information clearly and effectively – negotiate skillfully
- Cooperate well and effectively to maintain and develop trustful relationships
- Deep product knowledge of product creation, consume and retail knowledge in regard to fulfill different needs within GCA market.
- Work independently as well as part of a team, with self-motivation to drive results.
- Plan and prioritize daily working time effectively with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Fast and agile: work with multiple Request with un-planned Ad-hoc
- Strong analytical skills, be solution driven and result oriented
- Actively interested in lifestyle and/or fashion
- Passion for sport
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- College degree, preferably in Project Management / marketing / business
- 6-8 years Product Marketing or Project Management experience with APP, FTW or ACC background
- Fluent in English
- PC skills (MS Office programs, especially PowerPoint and Excel)
