Senior Manager, HR Transformation
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

As key project member to work on HR initiatives aiming to provide agile HR operation solutions to streamline routine process and improve efficiency through diagnosis, design and execution.

Foster the development and execution of Global People & HR strategies in Market GCA, and lead HR projects related to GCA and the people elements of cross-functional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify existing challenges and potential opportunities on HR operation process via different approaches, including but not limited to mini-survey, interview, shadowing or workshops with respective HRBPs, HR COEs and other key HR stakeholders.

Be responsible for newly identified or existing HR initiatives designed to drive consistent optimization, harmonization, and standardization of HR processes and tools within GCA HR teams thereby reducing complexity and increasing transparency and alignment across different locations and functions, e.g., workforce planning/productivity analysis, etc.

Support global and local HR transformation projects, which may involve project design, reporting, communication, pilot runs, and implementation.

As local SpoC of GCA, provide market insights and perspectives on global HR topics while support local implementation of Global HR Strategy to drive market alignment across GCA HR team, e.g., Global HR Roadmap.

Be responsible for developing comprehensive HR presentations focused on people topics for key stakeholders, including but not limited to Board review, GCA SLT meeting, GCA AEM, HR SLT, and other relevant internal and external stakeholders.

Other ad-hoc project support, e.g., people topic related company communication, HR policy review, ER case support, etc.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

HR fundamental knowledge and project management knowledge.

Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.

High degree of business acumen (e.g., HR, sales, marketing and finance).

Strong interpersonal skills: good communications abilities, and do not afraid for conversations with across level stakeholders within HR function.

Ability to drive results towards aligned goals and plans.

Quick learner and be interested in process flow streamlining and optimization.

Ability to work in and thrive in a changing business environment
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
-
University Degree or Equivalent.

Minimum of 8 years’ progressive relevant work experience in a global/regional capacity within a sizable MNC, of which minimum 2 years in strategy or project management.

Advanced MS Office, data visualization and analytics skills.

Fluent in written and spoken English.
