Senior Manager, Planning
Purpose
Act as a key driver in Sourcing to enable the vision of becoming the Most Agile, Competitive, Digitalized & Cleanest Supply Base.
This role combines planning expertise with strong project and process management, leading cross-functional initiatives to optimize end-to-end planning, improve operational efficiency, and drive scalable transformation.
As an independent contributor, the role reports to the Senior Director, Planning and partners with key stakeholders across functions and suppliers to deliver impactful change.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Lead and represent Planning Team in strategic projects and transformation initiatives, working with cross functional teams
- Align scope, approach, priority, timelines, and risk management; ensure delivery of measurable outcomes
- Drive change management and adoption across internal teams and suppliers
Process Excellence
- Enhance standardization, and continuously improve planning processes and ways of working
- Identify inefficiencies and drive simplification, digitization, and scalability initiatives to achieve greater impact
- Establish process governance, documentation, and best practices across Tier1/Tier2 operations
Planning & Operational Integration
- Provide expertise in production planning fundamentals (capacity, materials, order management)
- Ensure alignment between planning operations and transformation initiatives
- Monitor key KPIs (e.g., WIP, FGR, delivery performance) and translate insights into improvements
- Provide training support to production team and suppliers on policies and systems such as GPS, ILA and other systems pertaining to planning, ordering/tracking, documentation and invoicing
Stakeholder Management
- Influence and align senior stakeholders across sourcing, operations, and suppliers
- Provide regular updates across teams on progress, risks, and impact
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Product Operations, Technical Services, Logistics, etc.)
Capability Building
- Enable teams through training, knowledge sharing, and best practices
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and consumer-focused mindset

Skills & Experience
- Strong project/program management and transformation experience
- Solid understanding of supply chain & production planning
- Proven track record in process improvement and change management
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
- Fluent in English; strong MS Office skills
