Senior Manager Campaign Management

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization

The Campaign Management team sits within the Digital Ecosystem Marketing function. This role operates across two dimensions: as the category owner for Outdoor and Trial Running across all eCommerce platforms — driving digital activation, campaign excellence, and commercial performance end-to-end; and as key person for adidas Douyin and Red channels activation, where the role partners with platform counterparts to co-create activations that sharpen brand storytelling while delivering measurable results

Key Responsibilities:

  • Category Campaign Management & Execution: Serve as the e-marketing go-to expert and owner for Outdoor and Trail Running across all eCommerce platforms. Lead digital activation to maximize SOV and conversion, synergizing eCom execution with brand communications to drive focused assortment sell-through. Orchestrate inline pack drops across all EC stores. Ensure seamless consumer journey, credible product storytelling, and cross-functional alignment from planning to post-launch amplification.
  • Douyin & RED IP Management: Lead end-to-end planning and execution of cross-category platform IPs. Negotiate and secure optimal platform resources, co-creation opportunities, and early access to new initiatives.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Monitor engagement, traffic, and sales KPIs in real time. Continuously refine tactics to improve performance and ROI.
  • Platform Relationship & Resource Integration: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with platform partners.
  • Trend Monitoring & Innovation: Stay on top of eCommerce industry trends, platform policy shifts, and consumer behavior patterns. Identify and drive co-creation projects and store innovation to enhance consumer experience and engagement.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of working experience; Experience in the sportswear or outdoor industry; genuine passion for sports, especially outdoor is preferred
  • Experience collaborating with platform IPs on Douyin or similar major eCommerce platforms is preferred
  • Demonstrated track record of platform negotiation and relationship management — ability to secure optimal resources, placements, and co-creation opportunities
  • Experience working in complex organizational structures; comfortable navigating matrixed environments and driving alignment across multiple layers and functions
