Senior Manager DP S&OP Planning

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Lead Demand Planning transformation through strong project delivery, data and AI solutions, BI analytics and system integration. Connect business and technology teams to deliver scalable solutions, improve decision making and drive sustainable change.

Responsibilities:

Project & Change Delivery

• Lead complex cross-functional transformation projects end to end, from problem definition and business case through roadmap, governance, testing, rollout, adoption and benefit tracking.

• Own scope, deliverables, milestones, resources, risks and dependencies; provide clear, executive-ready reporting and ensure measurable outcomes are delivered on time.

• Drive stakeholder alignment across Demand Planning, Tech, Finance, SCM and Channels; manage expectations, negotiate priorities, resolve issues and enable change adoption.

Data, AI & System Transformation

• Drive Planning System delivery and integration end to end, working with business and Tech teams on requirements, solution design, testing, rollout and adoption.

• Lead data foundation and system integration initiatives, translating business needs into scalable data, workflow and technology solutions.

• Develop and implement practical AI use cases for planning and analytics, including vibe coding, AI agents and reusable skills, to improve productivity and ways of working.

• Partner with Tech and Data Platform teams on data flows, interfaces and platform integration to ensure solutions are connected, practical and sustainable.

BI & Analytics

• Build and improve BI and AI-enabled analytics solutions that turn data into clear actions and decision support for business teams.

• Strengthen self-service analytics and automation to improve speed, transparency and efficiency.

• Work with stakeholders to define requirements, validate outputs and embed solutions into business routines.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Strong project and change management capability, with clear ownership of delivery, governance, reporting, risk management and adoption.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation skills; able to connect business and technical teams, manage senior stakeholders and communicate clearly in English.

• Strong BI, analytics and data knowledge, with hands-on experience in Power BI, SQL, ETL, data platforms and a good understanding of system integration and data flows.

• Strong AI capability and learning agility; familiar with vibe coding, AI agent and skill development, and able to apply new AI tools to business processes and analytics.

• Strong problem solving and end-to-end thinking; open-minded about transformation, comfortable with ambiguity and able to turn ideas into practical, scalable solutions while embracing change.

Educational Background / Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in data, technology, project management, business analytics or a related field.

• 5-8 years of project management experience, preferably in transformation, data, BI, AI, technology or system integration.

• Proven experience delivering complex cross-functional transformation projects with strong stakeholder governance, reporting and change adoption; hands-on technical experience is highly preferred.
