PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION
The Senior Manager, FRS Retail Excellence is responsible for driving MW retail performance by translating MW 2.0 strategy into scalable operating frameworks and execution standards. This role ensures national consistency in retail operations, KPI governance, digital enablement, and in-store execution excellence.
The position acts as a key performance accelerator for the MW network by embedding retail discipline, enhancing store capability, and ensuring effective landing of strategic initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Playbook, KPI & Incentive Management
• Continuously develop and refine the Retail Operations Playbook and SOPs for all MW store formats.
• Identify high- and low-performing stores, conduct root-cause analysis, and drive structured improvement actions with regional stakeholders.
• Design and evolve KPI frameworks and incentive structures to drive sales growth, productivity improvement, and strategic focus.
2. Digital Enablement & Store Capability Uplift
• Promote and drive effective usage of digital tools (e.g., ROIP, REID) and monitor adoption performance.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives based on digital insights and operational data.
• Drive customer DOM and Store Manager capability uplift through efficiency workshops and bi-annual Store Manager Summits.
3. In-Store Execution Excellence & Project Landing
• Conduct regular store reviews to ensure fixture replacement, ISC/POP landing, lanyards, and uniform standards are consistently met.
• Lead strategy and execution of key in-store programs including CRM, activations, and GWP initiatives.
• Collaborate with VM, Retail Marketing, and regional teams to ensure strong campaign landing and post-campaign review.

• Improvement in CR%, UPT, and store productivity metrics.
• Retail audit compliance and execution consistency rate.
• Digital tool adoption and operational discipline index.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 8–10 years of retail operations, retail excellence, or franchise management experience.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs, store productivity drivers, and operational governance.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and influence regional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical capability and structured problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and local language.
