Senior Manager FRS Ops YY
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Play a critical role to drive brand direction, customer business growth; Ensuring proper execution of established policies, procedures, initiatives, and directives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Planning
- Plan district objectives with account sales team;
- Plan regional objectives with Senior Director FRS Ops HQ & East
- Plan actions plans to reach targeted KPI’s
- Plan retail relevant strategies and projects to drive market share and retail excellence
Management
- Take full ownership of the region and its commercial success through cooperation with account sales team
- Plan and prioritize efficient store visits to strengthen brand stand execution in store
- Manage delivery of retail KPIs and financial KPIs (qualitative and quantitative) in customer
- Ensure proper in-store Brand execution, according to established standards and directives, in all stores within customer
- Pro-actively analyze sell-through figures and develop action plans with regional ops team to achieve productivity target
- Develop and roll out retail operation tools to maximize operation efficiency
- Enhance connection with FRS customers operation HQ
System and Processes
- Manage retail KPI’s and tracking/reporting systems
- Ensure operational system efficiency and training
People Management
- Create a high-performance culture by setting clear expectations, analyzing performance and giving appropriate and prompt feedback, including actively managing poor performance
- Ensure compliance to established HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate with HR on relevant HR projects like internal referral, performance review, succession planning, etc.
- Deliver HR relevant KPIs such as filling rate, attrition rate, personnel cost and productivity etc.
Training and Development
- Identify and recommend training & development needs for customer’s store
- Ensure quality & efficiency of training within customer’s store
KPI’s
- Operational KPIs (Net sale and retail formula)
- In-Store Consumer Satisfaction
- In-store retail excellence execution

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in regional management
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in a retail multinational company
- Bachelor’s degree required and advanced degree in business or related fields preferred
- Strong experience of people and retail operation management
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Strong presentation skills
