Senior Manager Human Resources
Purpose/Key Responsibilities:
This role will function as a Strategic HR Business Partner, collaborating closely with Department Heads to plan human resources initiatives aligning with business goals, providing “one-stop-shopping” HR partnership and support to defined support areas in PD&S China and other assigned functions, and ensure that the internal customers receive the expected value from HR department. Cultivate and maintain a culture of trust and engagement between management and employees within the organization.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Business Partnering
- Partner with business leaders to implement HR strategies that align with organizational mid- to long-term goals.
- Provide guidance and consultation on workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning and team effectiveness
- Use data-driven insights to identify HR trends, diagnose problems, and recommend solutions.
- Lead change management initiatives design and delivery, support leaders in driving culture transformation and employee engagement.
HR Processes Management
- Ensure alignment with business needs and HR best practices.
- Oversee the delivery of core HR services including employee relations, compliance, performance management, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are compliant with local regulations and aligned with global standards. Engage with Labor Bureau & Tax Bureau where necessary.
Talent Management & Development
- Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, coaching, and development planning.
- Maintains a high level of communication with Management and contributes to the decision-making process of structuring and developing the team for the organization.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the organization.
Compensation & Benefits
- Partner with Rewards teams to provide market-aligned, equitable packages that attract and retain top talent.
- Analyze compensation trends and make recommendations to maintain competitive positioning.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Lead initiatives to strengthen employee engagement, workplace satisfaction, and employer brand.
- Develop communication and feedback mechanisms that promote transparency and trust across all levels.
- Manage, resolve and coach managers/ employees on employee relation issues and build a culture of trust between management and employees

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

- Good problem-solving skills
- MS-Office skills, SAP / Success Factors experience is a plus
- A good team player with sound supervisory and management skills
- Demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills to all employees including management.
Requisite Education/Experience:
- Bachelor degree focusing on Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- At least 5 years proven experience in human resources management with an international company
- Well versed with local labor ordinance
- Good communication in Mandarin & English and in MS-office operation
