Senior Manager Retail FO Allocation
PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION:
- Work with the team to achieve best allocation plan for Retail business.
- Build up strong relationship with SCM team as well as own retail team by providing consistent and pertinent communication
- Define opportunity, create & implement allocation strategy
- Drive action plan proactively to achieve targets
- Drive capacity management with actual demand and fulfilment
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Weekly track store performance and monthly update the plan by region by FO segmentation (including selected P+ stores) so as to reflect the trend and adjust plan as early as possible
- Plan and simulate the overall demand by FO store segmentation (P+ / P and others) by regions (incl some specific doors) and split based on PP buy and aged inventory mix. Will also select one or two extremely important stores in P+ group (i.e Qingpu, Meimei, Wanguo) and plan for this store separately considering the importance.
- Weekly track each regions’ performance by division and product angles (product type/price point/ key franchise) by segmentation(P+/P/others) for 4 regions and adjust rolling plan bi-weekly according to updated.
- Based on the adjusted detail rolling plan, understand the current inventory gap in certain product types and proactively feedback with DP for overall FO TB wish list monthly or update with buying for buy adjustment.
- Based on the adjusted plan, identify the inventory required for each region and stores for different FO segmentation for weekly call off.
- Based on buying’s weekly performance and adjusted inventory plan, adjust the weekly article level assortment to store for call off.
- Communicate with each region for the call off details list and operate in the system weekly.
- Work with SCM for months which TB over-exceed DC handling capacity and TB release priority required.
- Work with SCM for holiday shipment arrangement.
- Work with SCM and DP for cases like EC oversold which new additional FO demand requirement, check with EC for oversold article inventory and if no existing inventory, work with buying for EC available inventory selection or new additional PO for supply gap.
- Special shipment support if needed (i.e additional replenishment or new store opening).
