PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION:
- Overall plan omni-channel and digital revenue streams roadmap for retail, including but not limited to Enterprise Wechat (Group/Mini-program/Livestreaming) / RED / Ship From Store / CRM cooperation / Dianping,etc to to provide best consumer experience for adidas own retail stores.
- Play a leading role in retail project management to drive global projects and local initiatives planning and landing to support the retail operation excellence and drive business growth, including SCM/Operation/Digital/Consumer experience related projects.
- Play as the PMO role of Retail to support Retail SLT on high-level meetings, Retail priorities and strategies.
- Support Retail Operation Excellence Director to manage all team project status and find Retail business opportunities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Omni-channel & Digital revenue streams:
Lead and guide Omni-channel & Digital development with the market trend. Integrate resources to drive OR online business growth, optimize consumer journey and improve engagement. Strong data analysis ability and market insights are required to capture business opportunities.
- Drive Enterprise WeChat Sales Channel which targets 12% yearly SOB, covering Enterprise WeChat Group Management, OR WeChat Mini-program and WeChat Livestreaming.
- Lead end to end migration steps to cover all 370 OR stores to utilize Enterprise WeChat to drive retail sales, leveraging Lifecycle, Central WeChat contents following company product & promotion calendar and other toolkits
- Work with IT/Digital team to plan yearly EW strategy and deliver new functions to meet business requirements. Lead and manage vendors to support OR WeChat Store business model
- Drive WeChat Group consumers engagement and drive more digital sales
- Drive RED Channel store operation and provide guidance for stores to attract public traffic and lead to EW for conversion.
- Develop and implement the overall RED operation strategy aligned with brand goals. Continuously monitor platform trends, user behavior, and competitor activities to adjust strategies in real time.
- Work closely with Brand comms and vendor to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Lead OR membership operation with the cooperation with CRM. Deliver and support clear member activities and operation from business perspective to achieve member KPIs.
- Work closely with the CRM team to translate CRM strategies into actionable membership campaigns for OR. Provide channel-specific feedback and customer insights to the CRM team to help refine overall strategy.
- Develop and implement membership operation plans tailored to OR. Ensure membership activities are consistent with overall brand and CRM strategies.
- Coorperate with Operation and Buying team to leverage membership seeking for business opportunities, and achieve annual member KPIs.
- Lead Omni-channel operation (SFS, Dianping, B2B…) to ensure smooth implementation and day-to-day execution.
- Lead overall omni-channel strategy, ensuring alignment with business goal.
- Collaborate with store operations, logistics, and IT teams to ensure effective execution, especially high-peak holidays operation.
- Oversee Dianping, B2B daily operaiton.
Retail Project Management:
Lead and guide global & local key initiatives and projects with business mind. Manage end-to-end delivery and actively support new business-driven projects. Continuously identify opportunities to drive business growth and operational excellence.
- Work with Retail Operation Excellence Director in developing projects leading to make GCA Business achieved every objective (SCM/Operation/Digital/Consumer experience related)
- Obsessed with the knowledge of operational excellence and project management, focus on the retail projects to make the stores with higher standard and consistency
- Key contact window for regional Excellence managers to facilitate national project seamless execution
- Leverage resources from cross-team collaboration to drive project successfully landing.
- Work closely with ROM/DOM to track ROE projects updates and drive new initiatives
- Lead team to work on overall ROE project planning, timeline management and key project progress tracking

Retail PMO:
Support Retail SLT to facilitate the formulation, consolidation, and execution of the Retail department’s strategic and priority direction. Provide high-quality support for critical meetings through effective presentation materials.
- Partner with Retail SLT to facilitate the development and alignment of the Retail department’s annual and long-term strategic plans and retail priorities. Act as a central hub to consolidate inputs from various Retail sub-functions into a coherent strategic roadmap.
- Ensure strategic objectives are clearly translated into actionable initiatives with defined owners, timelines, and KPIs
- Provide dedicated support for key Retail SLT meetings and presentations

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Strong knowledge of Enterprise WeChat, RED in the retail business is a MUST
- Strong business knowledge for O2O projects launched in retail stores is preferred
- Strong project management skills and practical, hands-on mentality
- Outstanding communication skills, comfortable presenting complex topics to stakeholders at various organizational levels both in person and remotely

REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in retail department of a global consumer goods company
- Bachelor’s degree required and advanced degree in business or related fields preferred
- Fluent Mandarin and English required
