Senior Manager eCommerce
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
As a key member of the adidas digital team, this role is mainly responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operation of the confirmed app. It also involves developing new business initiatives and planning projects to improve customer experience. This position is crucial because it helps implement adidas’s digital strategy by increasing user conversions and loyalty. The role supports the stability of current business, drives growth, and explores new opportunities innovative projects like Partnership program and Made for You, helping adidas stay competitive in the digital market. Overall, it boosts the brand’s value through digital progress and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- CFD Operations & Optimization
- Fully responsible for the daily operation of Confirm App, ensuring stable, efficient, and secure operation to deliver a seamless digital experience for consumers.
- Develop and execute data-driven, refined operational strategies (including user activation, retention, re-engagement, and conversion) to significantly improve key KPIs such as user engagement, conversion rates, average order value, and customer lifetime value.
- Monitor and analyse user behaviour data, collaborating closely with data analysis and user research teams to conduct A/B testing and optimize user experience, driving product iterations and feature enhancements.
- New Business Development & Project Management
- Proactively identify market trends, consumer insights, and emerging technologies to lead strategic innovation projects (e.g., Partnerships, Made for You), strengthening the brand leading position in market.
- Partnerships Focus:
- Explore, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships with potential collaborators (Brands, IPs, Platforms, Companies) to build an ecosystem.
- Lead negotiations to define scope, rights, commercial terms, and shared goals.
- Serve as the project lead, coordinating effectively across departments: working with product teams on product selection and pricing, marketing on campaigns and activations, and finance on profit models.
- Work with CDH team to define and implement system features.
- Draft, review, and manage contractual agreements, ensuring legal and compliance standards are met.
- Develop detailed project plans and timelines, managing the entire lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring flawless execution.
- Oversee full project management, from concept, feasibility analysis, business case development, to launch and post-implementation review.
- Coordinating resources across multidisciplinary teams to achieve business target.
- Internal Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing
- Serve as the central hub for the e-commerce business and partnership projects, ensuring seamless communication across functions such as IT, Marketing, Merchandising, CS, and Legal.
- Share best practices, market trends, and project experiences within the team, fostering growth and innovation to enhance overall business capabilities.
- Networking & Collaboration
- Build network of internal and external partners to understand and connect future internal strategy with partners, consumer and technological trends that will inform growth opportunities and strategic brand priorities.
- Leverage and maintain a highly effective network of agencies, startups, digital leaders, and alternate innovation models (accelerators, incubators, matchmakers, etc) to source innovations and augment the knowledge, skills, and capacity of the internal team to deliver on our innovation mission.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree required, with solid years in consumer industry with at least +8 years in eCom business
- Proven experience in working with .com/platforms
- Proven experience in managing projects and cross-functional teams
- Ambitious and results & profit oriented.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Maintains a positive outlook, foster a resilient, can-do attitude in the face of challenges.
- Excellent English language skills.
