Job Title: Senior Product Manager, ACCPurpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:Bring consumer and industry insights into your conceptsExecute the category direction and drive implementationWork with all creation functions to deliver product concepts and execute strategic plans to win local marketsCreate ranges within ACC (x-category) from both an image and commercial point of viewKey Responsibilities:Proactively manage range direction and sharpen the creation direction within ACC to create leading products winning the marketPropose a clear strategy for the range and execution plan, be considered as a range expert by key relation team and marketsShow full understanding of the product creation process whilst managing all tasks within the given time frames, with special attention to speed to marketWork within cross-functional team and with interlinked departments to enable an efficient product creation process with an optimum product outcomeStrong & actively analyze business, draw conclusions and propose action stepsStrong knowledge of product information systems and the interlinking functions to maintain and enable smooth product info updatingPrepare and present ranges and business-related topics - with respective audience in mind - by using relevant structure and contentActively provide input for setting the CtC (Concept to Consumer) direction and implement it into relevant ranges in partnership with CtC counterpartsWork independently on projects and follow up on project development, be proactive, flexible, solution driven to ensure project deliveryKey Relationships:Maintain a strong relationship and ensure constant dialogue/feedback withBusiness unit and across other BU´sCross-functional team (Design, Operations, Materials, Costing, Planning, Process)Global headquarter and key APAC counterpart (JP/KR/EM)FTW/ ACC team to create concrete head to toe lookKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Strong knowledge of ACC industry and familiar with local market landscape to ensure right strategic findings to winDeep product knowledge of product creation, consumer and retail knowledge in regard to fulfill different needs within GCA marketStrong communication skills - transport and deliver information clear and effectivelyCooperate well and effectively to maintain and develop trustful relationships with cross functionWork independently as well as part of a teamPlan and prioritize daily working time effectively with the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical skills, be solution driven and result orientedAbility to travelActively interested in lifestyle and/or fashion, passion for sportPeople management experiences would be a plus but not mandatoryRequisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:College degree, preferably in marketing / business / fashionMinimum of 5-6 years Product Marketing experience with ACC background in/or Sport/Street/Fashion brands, experienced in large business scale will be preferredPreferably with accessories backgroundExperience in trade, vertical retail business model or sales is helpfulFluent in EnglishPC skills (MS Office programs, especially PowerPoint and Excel)
