Specialist Business Planning
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
- This role supports the Senior Manager of Business Planning in driving OTB planning, trade investment management, and rebate scheme execution. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate OTB and rebate-related data foundations, providing essential financial and commercial inputs, and coordinating required processes to ensure timely and effective decision-making. Through structured analysis and cross-functional collaboration, the role helps enable disciplined investment governance and account-level commercial planning.
Key Responsibilities:
OTB Planning & Tracking:
- Consolidate OTB targets at the account level, ensure alignment with group figures, and support the completion of the formal sign‑off process.
- Track Net OTB across all customers—including on‑hand, cancellations, projections, and variances—while coordinating OC guidance, maintaining the OTB summary database, and generating clear tracking summaries.
- Prepare required analyses and materials for buying meetings, ensuring decisions are supported with accurate and up‑to‑date OTB data.
Rebate Scheme Management:
- Prepare materials for normal rebate schemes, highlight key changes and impacts, communicate with relevant stakeholders, and coordinate the full internal sign‑off process.
- Conduct evaluations for special rebate components—including Trade Term Compensation, Uniform, Kicker, EPI, and others—to ensure alignment with commercial and financial requirements.
- Support accurate documentation and cross-functional alignment to ensure all rebate schemes are reviewed, approved, and implemented according to internal guidelines.
Trade Investment Management:
- Support the development and maintenance of a structured trade investment framework to guide the planning and governance of commercial spending.
- Provide account‑level analysis on trade investment performance to ensure alignment with commercial objectives and financial guidelines.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
Education
- University degree or equivalent
Experience
- Minimum 3~5 years in the sporting goods or apparel industry.
- Experience in sales planning or operations preferred.
