Specialist Orderbook Fulfilment
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
- The purpose of the Order Book Fulfillment Specialist is to support the company’s goal of being the preferred partner by providing superior supports to customers in each of the 4 regions
Key Responsibilities:
- Processes and follows-up on futures orders and daily orders
- Handling the delivery shortage claim
- Process defective return orders for all customers, make sure all the customers return can be processed in a timely manner
- Process take-back return orders for all customers, make sure customers’ take-back can be processed timely and correctly.
- Process order transfer for all customers, make sure all the orders can ship out and meet customers request delivery date.
- Work closely with internal co-workers with gift order book fulfillment. Make sure order forms are approved accordingly, valid customer codes & stock are used.
- Create CMA &CIQ order correctly for both NWS and ZMS orders at 100% accuracy. Resolve the delivery issue for NWS and ZMS orders.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, Access
- Fluency in both oral and written English
- Outstanding communication skills
- Proactive, energetic, warm and enthusiastic
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor
- 2 – 3 years of complaints handling, order processing, sales administration or customer service experience
