Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
PARTNER WITH MARKET AND GLOBAL TEAMS TO SECURE THE BEST AVAILABILITY FOR THE BUSINESS WITHIN THE GIVEN COST CONSTRAINTS. RESPONSIBLE FOR CONVERTING DEMAND INTO SUPPLY AND PROVIDING ACTIONABLE INSIGHTS TO MEET KPI AND SUPPORT CONTINUOUS PROCESS IMPROVEMENTS
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and address supplier and demand driven performance issues
- Manage Product Supply activities and liaise with Market PSI/GBS to optimize availability, inventory and costs
- Projects and initiatives for continuous improvement and process improvements.
- Maintain article local attributes in adiPortal in a timely manner and ensure accuracy/consistency with SAP
- Manage Supply Purchase orders in SAP based on SMT approval decision according to order cutoff timeline, split by DC and business model
- Monitor factory MDP performance, assess the impact on market launch and take the actions to improve deliveries
- Take initiatives to work with related depts. towards outstanding delivery, financial or operational issues and take prompt action for problem solving
- Take lead to make improvement on operation processes for better efficiency
Process support:
- Continuous improvements in Products Supply efficiency process
- weekly/bi-weekly reporting and process checks

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to understand supply chain issues and drive solutions
- Fluent in oral and written English and Mandarin.
- Strong team player with the ability to work with diverse groups of people in a productive manner
- Able to prioritize and work under pressure
- Advanced MS Office (Excel/Access; Outlook; Word; PowerPoint, Macro)
- SAP knowledge & Power BI/Power Query (plus)
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree or equivalent education required
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in supply chain and/ or sourcing, or footwear and apparel internationally.
