Y-3 Retail Operations Manager

Purpose & Overall Relevance
Responsible for regional retail operation, sales performance, inventory health, VIP management and team development. Ensure regional target delivery, store operation standard and high-quality customer experience.

 

Key Responsibilities
Regional Performance & Operation Execution:
- Implement national strategy and achieve regional sales, margin and operational KPIs.
- Manage daily store operation, including VM, service, inventory, cash control and compliance.
- Conduct regular store visits, coaching and action follow-up to improve execution.

Inventory & Stock Management:
- Manage regional inventory health, monitor inventory turnover, in-stock rate, sell-through and aged stock.
- Execute stock allocation, replenishment, consolidation and clearance according to national guidelines.
- Ensure daily/weekly stock count, inventory accuracy and loss prevention in stores.
- Analyze stock issues and provide action plans to optimize stock efficiency and reduce slow-moving inventory.

CRM & VIP Customer Management & Daily Maintenance:
- Execute national CRM and VIP management process; carry out daily VIP maintenance and care.
- Follow up VIP consumption, visit frequency, preference and feedback; provide personalized service.
- Organize regional VIP events, exclusive previews, styling services and member activities.
- Drive VIP repurchase, renewal and referral to improve VIP contribution and satisfaction.
- Maintain high-quality relationship with top VIP clients to enhance brand loyalty.

Data Analysis & Efficiency Improvement:
- Monitor sales, traffic, conversion, productivity; drive regional action plans.
- Promote SOP, tools and process optimization to improve store efficiency.
- Coordinate with merchandising, marketing and channels to support campaign execution.

Team Management & Development:
- Manage store managers, supervisors and retail team in the region.
- Support recruitment, training, performance management and talent development.
- Maintain positive team culture and improve team stability.

Training & Brand Standard:
- Deliver national training programs locally to ensure service and operation quality.
- Ensure brand standards and customer experience fully implemented in all stores.

Reporting & Communication:
- Provide timely regional operation reports, weekly/monthly review and action plans.
- Communicate proactively with national retail team to resolve issues.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 5+ years retail operation management experience; 2+ years regional management experience
- Strong experience in inventory management, store operations, CRM and VIP maintenance
- Experience in premium fashion / sportswear retail is preferred
- Strong store operation, team leadership, data analysis and coaching skills
- Proactive, execution-oriented, able to travel frequently
- Good English communication skills a plus
