Back of House Specialist, Retail

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, as well as individual performance targets, take ownership over them and use all available store resources to meet or exceed them.
  • Inventory management - Prepare, manage & execute accurate bi-yearly stocktake to avoid product shrinkage.
  • Be knowledgeable of product performance (Best Sellers/ Black Hole) and arrange BOH plan accordingly.
  • Ensure implementation of Model Store standards for BOH, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and general health and safety.
  • Be a role model for stockroom operations and complete deliveries quickly and accurately while adhering to stock protection procedures.
  • Commitment to team roster and positive attendance record.
  • Accurately record and manage all inter-store and warehouse inventory movement and do this in a timely manner.
  • Ensure adequate supplies to create an effective stockroom environment and continually maintain this (including all merchandise) within and around the vicinity.
  • Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, and constantly replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the store’s entire.
  • product offer is represented on the sales floor
  • Identify improvement opportunities and communicate suggestions to store management to drive operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate productively and respectfully with team members.
  • Make yourself available to support other team members when needed.
  • Complete all applicable training programs and effectively apply the learning on the job.
  • Seek coaching and learning opportunities to continually improve your performance.

 

REQUIREMENTS: 

Professional backrgound/Experience:

  • Functional: Experience in Retail / Sales / Warehousing
  • Industry: Preferably in apparel/ fashion/ FW or FMCG Retail
  • Exposure: Sports, Fashion
  • Secondary / Certificate in Retail Management

IT:

  • Outlook: Intermediate
  • Word: Intermediate
  • Excel: Intermediate
  • Powerpoint: Intermediate
