Manager, Category Management SPW & Training, SEA
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Drive Training category development through the ownership of the Women’s & Mens APP, TRN FTW and ACC process whilst managing the ISC process for SPW/TRN. Assist the Senior Manager, SPW&TRN with the development of the strategic priorities of the TRN category throughout SEA.
Monitor sell in, sell out and markdown results across SEA to inform key actions within the Go-To-Market cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the Training Category End to End for SEA, comprising of both the interface with EM BU and drawing down that strategy into SEA
- Manage the ISC Process for SEA
- Support SPW&TRN Team when needed for ST% Collection, Planning, Organizing, Analysing
- Assist in Projects when requested, lead and managed by Team Lead
- Handover category range plan to country teams
- Perform category analysis including sell-thru, forecasting, pricing corridor & segmentation compliance, etc.
- Work within E2E calendar timelines & deliverables
- Support local pricing, ensuring pricing harmonization
- Support with volume forecast and define product mix to achieve Margin & Net Sales targets and forecast accuracy
- Support with sample ordering (pre-sell / SMS)
- Ensure global systems are up to date with country/cluster information, i.e. RMA / M3
- Local system management i.e. Hublight / MDM / MDC
- Gathering market insights and competition intelligence (category level) - feedback to EM CTC
- Collaborate with all departments to support with the E2E deliverables, system set up and campaign deliverables
- Support broader brand team with GTM process
- Monitor markdown across SEA own channels and lead the PLC to clearance process within SEA Brand team

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office – Excel and PowerPoint key
- Strong numerical / analytical skills
- Structured, organized and process orientated
- Ability to make fact-based decisions
- Collaborative with strong communication skills
- Exposure to other marketing disciplines preferable, e.g. merchandising, brand communication, or sales experience
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment under pressure
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in merchandising/product/process management preferred.
- University degree in Business or Marketing preferred
- Category Management/ Ranging/ Merchandising Experience or account marketing / sales
- Fluent in English
