Manager, Platform KAM SEA
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Support the function and operations of SEA eCommerce Digital Partners business. The individual will have an opportunity to develop skillsets relating to running eMarketplace shop-in-shops (SIS) on Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok Shop, etc across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia and Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities: Managing SEA eMarketplaces business through its key pillars.
Enabler & Marketplace Management (50%)
- Alignment with all Marketplace & enablers to ensure that campaigns (brand or commercial) are launched smoothly.
- Execute business strategies with the help of 3rd party enablers based on the aligned guidelines and timeline.
- Platform mega campaigns and SBD events planning and execution.
- Constantly review the accuracy of our product content and its creation process. Coordinate improvements to the product content blueprint with a 3rd party to win on in-app search traffic (pricing, sizing, images, descriptions).
- Work with the brand, supply chain and finance teams to ensure there is clear forecasting & trend reporting.
Marketing Working Budget Management (25%)
- Track & manage the budget. Ensure the budget is spent with maximum effectiveness (ROI).
- Daily monitoring on platform onsite ads to ensure the implementation of brand’s direction.
- Manage store's affiliation program in marketplace to get the best return.
- Marketing Working Budget tracking and review with key stakeholders.
Consumer Engagement (15%)
- Build and execute the strategy of consumer engagement initiatives such as livestream and other social content to maximize our sales.
- Collaborate with brand & activation teams to build and execute animation plans to maximize our sales.
- Work closely with brand & activation teams to develop relevant content that responds to the latest trend in a timely manner.
- Work closely with brand & activation teams to identify and select affiliates/creators/host profile.
- Upskill the wider team on social engagement platforms, such as livestream and tiktok shop.
Consumer Experience (10%)
- Defines the optimum layout of eSIS, campaign pages, banners and product pages for best in class user shopping experience.
- Manage curation of product collections and out of stock listings on platforms for easy browsing within the store.
- Promotional tools & sponsored solutions setup to support with campaign activation periods and drive onsite traffic to eSIS.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in managing eCommerce/Marketplace/Social Commerce (Lazada/Shopee/Tiktok Shop) operations
- Strong project & stakeholder management skills
- Result driven and go-getter personality
- Great attention to detail
- Fluent in English. Any SEA languages will be a plus
- Strong business acumen with excellent analytical skills
- Ability to challenge status quo and drive continuous improvement.
- Exposure in managing multiple markets will be a plus
