Manager DPC, SEA

PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION:

  • Responsible for leading the implementation of the overall digital sales strategy and initiatives
  • Support the local Digital Partner Commerce (DPC) and account teams to execute the required initiatives and capabilities to grow the digital wholesale channel and “win the digital marketplace”
  • Deliver analytics services to key stakeholders, enabling them to take quantitatively based decisions
  • Drive the digital agenda across the organization to increase digital knowledge and experience

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Enable digital wholesale sell-out to drive and ensure net sales achievement
  • Act as a local “center of expertise” responsible for increasing sell-through and market share across all digital wholesale channels (pure players, marketplaces and omni-channel digital sales)
  • Responsible for the implementation, scaling and governance of digital wholesale initiatives (ex: Digital ToolBox, marketplace management, compliance reports, etc.) in South East Asia (SEA)
  • Work closely with the Emerging Market (EM) DPC team to tailor global business development initiatives (ex: consumer experience, retail media, marketplace mapping, etc.) to specific needs of SEA and implement those initiatives in close collaboration with Global, EM and local stakeholders
  • Act as a digital consultant to the global/local key accounts in partnership with the account teams
  • Work with EM DPC Analytics team to improve reporting structures, localize reporting/analytics solutions/tools and provide key stakeholders with relevant data insights impacting business
  • Drive partnership with SEA eCom (knowledge exchange and accountability for “all boats will rise”) and facilitate sharing of best practices, upskilling and mapping of digital marketplace across SEA
  • Develop and maintain digital competency within SEA and the wider wholesale organization

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Project management skills and the ability to lead diverse teams of technical and non-technical roles 
  • Good communication skills and comfortable presenting complex topics to senior stakeholders 
  • Innovative mindset, encouraging change, taking personal ownership and can-do attitude 
  • Basic to advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Fluent in English both verbally and written

 

REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • University degree in the field of Business or equivalent 
  • 5+ years professional experience, with extensive experience in ecommerce field (ex: digital merchandising, digital consumer experience and/or digital marketing) 
  • Understanding of the Southeast Asia e-commerce landscape
  • Sportswear industry experience is a plus
