Recruitment Partner

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

 

To drive end-to-end talent acquisition across Singapore and the SEA Hub by delivering high-quality hiring outcomes for both Corporate and Retail functions, including early career hiring needs. This role partners closely with business and HR stakeholders to build strong talent pipelines, strengthen employer branding, and provide a clear talent acquisition overview across SEA to support workforce planning and business growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for Singapore and the SEA Hub across both Corporate and Retail functions, from briefing and sourcing through assessment, offer management, and onboarding handover.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand business needs, define role requirements, and develop effective hiring strategies that balance speed, quality, and candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles across Corporate, Retail, and Early Careers, using direct sourcing, talent mapping, referral channels, campus outreach, and external market networks for Singapore and SEA Hub.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives for Singapore and SEA in partnership with internal stakeholders to strengthen market visibility, attract diverse talent, and position the organization as an employer of choice.
  • Support Early Careers recruitment initiatives across Singapore and SEA, including internships, graduate hiring, campus engagement, and partnership with internal stakeholders to build sustainable entry-level talent pipelines.
  • Provide talent acquisition oversight and reporting for the SEA region, including recruitment activity, hiring trends, pipeline health, time-to-fill, and key market insights to support workforce planning and decision-making.
  • Ensure a high-quality and consistent candidate experience across all hiring stages, while maintaining strong communication with candidates, hiring teams, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Use recruitment data and market intelligence to identify opportunities, improve hiring effectiveness, and advise stakeholders on talent availability, competitive landscape, sourcing approaches and location strategies.
  • Ensure recruitment processes, assessments, and offers are aligned with internal policies, local market practices, and compliance requirements across the relevant SEA markets.
  • Collaborate with Emerging Market (EM) and Global Talent Acquisition teams to share best practices, align on priorities, and support broader TA projects and initiatives across SEA.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

 

  • Strong end-to-end Talent Acquisition expertise across both Corporate and Retail hiring, including sourcing, interviewing, assessment, offer management, and stakeholder advisory.
  • Proven ability to build talent pipelines and execute proactive sourcing strategies for diverse role types and levels.
  • Experience in employer branding, talent attraction, and early careers initiatives, with the ability to translate business needs into compelling market-facing messages, campus engagement activities, and hiring campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics, identify trends, and provide a meaningful TA overview for stakeholders across SEA.
  • Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence hiring decisions and build trusted partnerships across functions and geographies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and candidate management skills, with a strong focus on quality and experience.
  • Well-organized, resilient, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
  • Good knowledge of local market practices and recruitment compliance requirements across relevant SEA markets.

 

 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • University degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably across both Corporate and Retail hiring within an international organization.
  • Experience in employer branding, talent pipelining, recruitment reporting/analytics, and early careers or campus recruitment is strongly preferred.
  • English fluent, both written and spoken.
