Senior Specialist, B2B, Wholesale
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting for new B2B business, crafting tailored solutions for clients, delivering customers’ expectations, and building long-term, recurring partnerships.
- Supporting Senior Manager in category strategy planning aligned with brand strategy and commercial ambition
- Supporting wholesale operations from enabling wholesale data visibility, data-driven business application to sell-in / order collection processes
Accountabilities:

- Actively source and engage potential B2B clients through market research, networking, and outreach to build a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
- Partner with internal teams across product, operations, and supply chain to co-create viable / bespoke solutions to meet customers’ timelines and delivery expectations
- Drive end-to-end sales execution by managing the full sales cycle—from initial contact to proposal, negotiation, and closing
- Maintain and grow key B2B partners by identifying recurring or upsell opportunities, ensuring consistent value delivery and customer satisfaction.
Sales Operations
- Support Wholesale Lead in category strategy planning including deep diving into internal/external data analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and contributing to seasonal planning and product assortment decisions to drive category performance
- Partner with Key Account Managers to ensure accurate, timely, and actionable wholesale data is available for business planning and decision-making. This involves maintaining data integrity, streamlining reporting tools, and supporting the effective use of insights to optimize account performance and drive commercial outcomes.
- Support wholesale channel to enable smooth order collection / sell-in windows from sample coordination, merchandising board preparation to order collection process.
