Senior Specialist, Ops & Compliance

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

This role is to support the Singapore retail back office (RBO) team in the day to day administrative tasks

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support line manager with:
    • Account maintenance for RBO/store team – POS, Workforce Management, Shared folder, Store email access etc
    • Admin support for SG RBO team – raising of PR, submission of Invoice, vendor payment related matters, cabcharge, capitaland voucher, docusign etc
    • Coordination of stores to return SOM documents to HQ, liase with Finance to send out for storage
    • Upkeep tracking files in retail shared folder – ipad, POS/BO hardware, Piccolink, RBO calendar etc
    • Vendor liaising – adhoc services request from store, bulk order etc
    • Assist other departments with communication to stores on issues relating to SG retail
    • Assist AM DTC/DTC head with day to day admin related requests

  • Basic Excel skills
  • Great communication skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and be flexible/adaptable to change

 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • Professional Background/Experience:
    • O Levels and above
