Purpose:
Supports Supply Chain Finance team by collecting and analyzing data and reporting on US Supply Chain operational and financial performance in order to support the business in fact-based decision making. Assists in business case development and supports implementation of recommendations based on outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create transparency on SCM costs and cost drivers through cost management (OPEX, COGS, CAPEX) of the Supply Chain budget by actively supporting budget and forecast processes, reporting actual costs and service levels, explaining deviations, and identify improvement potential
- Support Manager/lead in business case development of various projects and investments by collecting data, identifying and quantifying organizational improvement potential; cascading business cases into project budgets including project budget controlling support and business case target follow-up (full project life-cycle support)
- Track, monitor, analyze and develop KPIs to US Nam Finance and Supply Chain Finance. Ensure monthly and weekly reporting of KPI, cost and service levels.
- Leverage and contribute to global KPI framework. Analyze global KPI tools, evaluate for local implementation and work with Supply Chain Finance Management team to develop best practices.
- Prepare and perform basic financial analysis and reporting for US Supply Chain Management.

- Stakeholders of cross-functional projects (i.e. Business Solutions team)
- Sales Subsidiaries, Controlling, Global Tech
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Strong analytical and financial skills, including the ability to relate operational measures to financial results.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively and efficiently with internal business partners.
- Basic project management experience.
- Ability to accept and meet critical deadlines with good planning and organization skills.
- Good understanding of supply chain mechanisms.
- Understanding of performance management and improvement tools like Balanced Scorecard, SCOR, Six Sigma, Activity-Based-Costing etc.
- Advanced skills in Excel. Strongly proficient in Access, Word and PowerPoint.
- Enjoy working in a dynamic and ambitious multinational team in remote locations and various time zones.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree, preferably with specialization in Business Administration (Controlling) or similar education
- 2 years+ working experience
- Knowledge of Fast Moving Consumer goods, Fashion and/or Retail industry a prerequisite
- SAP FICO experience preferred
