Manager, Inventory Control
PURPOSE
As Inventory Control Manager, you will guide inventory integrity and quality performance across a dynamic distribution network. You will help ensure every product moves through our facilities with accuracy, reliability, and operational excellence—protecting inventory, optimizing processes, and supporting the strong standards that define our brand. Your leadership will help elevate how we safeguard product flow, meet customer expectations, and strengthen end‑to‑end quality across our operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead all inventory control and quality functions across multiple facilities and shifts
Own inventory accuracy through cycle counts, analysis, and corrective action
Guide resolution of discrepancies and develop preventive controls that ensure reliability
Oversee inbound and outbound inspection processes to meet brand and customer standards
Partner across the network to standardize best practices and improve performance
Analyze data to identify risks, trends, and opportunities for operational improvement
Develop reporting tools and scorecards that elevate visibility and decision making
Support operations teams by leading reviews, sharing insights, and building strong alignment
Act as a key escalation point for inventory and quality concerns

- Experience with ERP and WMS systems such as SAP and relevant data tools
REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in distribution or supply chain
