OPERATIONS MANAGER (Night Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 pm - 4:30 am)

WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Lead daily floor operations ensuring accuracy efficiency and a safe environment
• Support inbound and outbound product flow to meet service goals
• Mentor teams encourage collaboration and strengthen product and process knowledge
• Maintain strong communication with key partners across the business
• Solve issues quickly while keeping operations moving with clarity and focus
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
• Operations teams across all departments
• Partners in receiving shipping distribution production planning purchasing finance and customer service

WHAT YOU BRING
• Experience leading teams in distribution or warehouse environments preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent college degree preferred
• Ability to work weekends or overtime when needed
