Recruiter - High Volume

Purpose: As a High-Volume Recruiter supporting our North America Distribution Center (DC) network, you will help deliver the talent that keeps our operations moving. In this fast-paced role, you will support full-cycle recruitment for hourly and frontline roles, including warehouse associates, forklift operators, and team leads, across multiple DC locations. You’ll partner with Talent Acquisition teammates, HR, and DC leadership to execute hiring strategies, support large-scale hiring events, and create a seamless candidate experience from start to finish.

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Support high-volume, full-cycle recruitment for hourly roles across the entire DC network, not limited to your physical location, including warehouse associates, forklift operators, leads, and temp-to-perm conversions as needed.
  • Collaborate with HR partners and DC leaders to understand site-specific staffing needs.
  • Post job openings, screen candidates, and conduct interviews to identify qualified talent that aligns with operational needs.
  • Maintain active and robust candidate pipelines using job boards, referrals, and local outreach efforts.
  • Participate in and help coordinate hiring events, both virtual and on-site, also including job fairs, open houses, and seasonal ramp campaigns.
  • Provide a positive, timely, and professional experience for every candidate and hiring manager throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment reports.
  • Support recruitment goals aligned with both global and market KPIs and SLAs.
  • Share real-time insights and feedback with the Talent Acquisition team to continuously improve processes and outcomes and collaborate on TA projects as bandwidth allows.
  • Leverage the company’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to effectively communicate the organization’s culture, values, and benefits to candidates

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple high-volume roles across different locations simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate clearly with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners.
  • Consumer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service and experience.
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally or support hiring events outside of regular work location as needed.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Comfortable using technology tools, including ATS platforms, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing tools.
  • Conduct campus tours for candidates as a part of the recruitment process; confidently presenting facilities, equipment, and employer brand while remaining comfortable on feet for extended periods.

 

Qualifications (Minimum required education and experience):

  • Four-year College or University degree
  • Experience in high-volume or hourly recruiting strongly preferred.
  • Combination of education and experience may be substituted for degree
  • Familiarity with warehouse/distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environments is a plus.
  • At adidas we offer a hybrid work policy which requires attendance in the office Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday each week. For work requiring a high degree of collaboration or an in-person presentation, in-office attendance is required even on Friday
