Recruitment Partner - Limited Time Duration (6 Months)

PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION

 

As a Recruiting Partner focused on Distribution Center (DC) leadership hiring, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent for critical frontline leadership roles across our North America DC network. You will lead full-cycle recruitment for roles such as Managers, Supervisors, Superusers, and other key operational leaders who ensure daily execution and team performance on the ground. You will work closely with HR and DC operations leaders to align on workforce needs, deliver an excellent candidate experience, and build a consistent leadership talent pipeline across all DC locations.

 

In addition to your core responsibilities, you may also support high-volume associate recruitment efforts during peak hiring periods to ensure business continuity and workforce readiness.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for DC leadership and support roles (e.g., Supervisors, Managers, Superusers) across multiple distribution centers.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and DC Operations leadership to define hiring needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Build and manage proactive pipelines of leadership talent to support both current and future needs across the DC network.
  • Lead sourcing efforts using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, internal mobility, and community engagement.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with adidas’s values, leadership expectations, and operational requirements.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to deliver a structured, inclusive, and efficient interview process that results in strong hiring decisions.
  • Provide market insights and data to influence recruiting strategies and workforce planning conversations.
  • Serve as a talent advisor and subject matter expert on DC leadership recruiting, staying informed of labor trends and competitor practices.
  • Champion the adidas EVP and ensure every candidate interaction reflects our values and culture.
  • Support recruitment goals aligned with both global and market KPIs and SLAs.
  • Participate in and support hiring events as needed to attract and engage leadership talent.
  • Support high-volume hourly hiring during seasonal or peak periods, in partnership with the broader DC recruiting team.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple high volume roles across different locations simultaneously.
  • Deep experience in full-cycle recruiting with a focus on frontline leadership or operational support roles.
  • Strong sourcing skills with the ability to proactively identify and engage passive talent across various platforms and communities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills; able to build trust with HR and business leaders.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple searches across locations simultaneously.
  • Clear and confident verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience analyzing and using data to inform decisions and improve recruiting outcomes.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS); SuccessFactors experience a plus.
  • Comfort working in a matrixed organization with evolving priorities and multiple stakeholders.

 

REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • Four-year College or University degree
  • 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years focused on operations, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution environments.
  • Proven experience hiring for supervisory or mid-level leadership roles preferred.
  • Combination of education and experience may be substituted for degree
  • Familiarity with warehouse/distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environments is a plus.
  • At adidas we offer a hybrid work policy which requires attendance in the office Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday each week. For work requiring a high degree of collaboration or an in-person presentation, in-office attendance is required even on Friday
