Senior Forklift Operator (Cherry Picker / Turret) - Night Shift!
Shifts and Pay Rates Available:
Senior Forklift Operator (Cherry Picker or Turret):
$25.50 per hour (+ $.75 shift differential for Weekend Shift)
- Night (Q) Shift: Monday - Thursday 6:00pm - 4:30am

Purpose: Safely operate any assigned powered industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts, stand up order picker / cherry picker as well as other powered equipment to move product around the distribution center. Accurately process orders in and out of the distribution center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize powered equipment, pick and put away product efficiently and accurately, as assigned by supervisor
- Utilize computerized warehouse management systems (WMS) and radio frequency (RF) scanners to process all barcoded products
- Identify and communicate inventory exceptions to the leadership team
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Accurately record production by task and complete any necessary paperwork
- Flexibility to train and work in multiple areas
- Understand and apply health and safety guidelines/procedures
- Work safely and maintain a clean work environment
- Identify, report, and follow up on any property damage or safety concerns
- Participate in Lean Six Sigma activities
- Other duties as assigned
Key Relationships:
- Forklift supervisors and leads
- Operations shift management
- Other internal departments
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to attain an adidas certification to safely operate any assigned powered equipment, including but not limited to: order picker, reach truck, etc.
- Basic math skills
- Ability to communicate both verbally and written in English
- Regularly required to talk or hear; sit, stand or walk; use fingers, hands, arms and feet to feel, handle, grip, grasp, lift, operate, push and pull for up to twelve (12) hours/day
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
- Ability to reliably attend work/scheduled hours
- Occasionally required to sit; bending, twisting, climb or balance; lift and carry items such as boxes weighing up to fifty (50) pounds; and stoop, kneel, or crouch
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum of six (6) months previous experience operating forklifts
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as required
- Required to speak, read, write and comprehend the English language
