Time & Attendance Lead (LTD)
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
The purpose of this position is to serve internal customers, both the business operations team and employees, by providing information and resolving problems related to timekeeping, attendance, and other related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performs various duties and routine data entry necessary for the overall time and attendance systems administration and maintenance.
- Oversees and maintains the timekeeping system for all reporting, auditing, adjustments and functionality for employees, supervisors, managers, and agency staff.
- Respond to frontline employee and management questions and/or concerns regarding hours and time reporting. Escalate next level concerns to appropriate parties.
- Oversees and maintains the call off system for data maintenance, adjustments and verifying warnings.
- Supports stakeholders as needed by tracking data, running reports and providing requested information.
- Performs other duties, as assigned, in support of Operations including on-the-floor support.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Requires strong written and verbal communication skills in order to interact closely with multiple internal stakeholders. Ability to read, write and interpret communications in the English language
- Possesses the ability to work autonomously while maintaining composure and service quality in a fast paced, time-sensitive environment with competing priorities
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly and to be an independent thinker
- Must possess strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize based on company KPIs and direction from leadership
- Strong computer skills/knowledge required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products – Word, Excel, Outlook
- Preferred or a strong asset of knowledge and experience with company policy regarding pay practice. Wage and Hour, and other state and federal regulations in relation to timekeeping processes
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is:
- Regularly required to talk or hear; stand, sit or walk; use fingers, hands and arms to feel, handle, grip, grasp, lift, type, push and pull for up to twelve (12) hours/day
- Able to reliably attend work/scheduled hours
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; minimum of one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience supporting an automated time and attendance system is preferred
- Previous general office requiring computer use experience required
- Certification or equivalent knowledge of Microsoft Office products required
- Ability to read, write and interpret communications in the English language
