What you’ll do:
As the Country Manager, you will lead the Nordics Sales and Brand organisation, delivering brand and commercial success built on consumer obsession, through the execution of a locally driven plan.
Based in Stockholm, Sweden, the Country Manager will:
- Lead the short, medium and long-term planning and execution of the Commercial and Brand strategy, delivering profitable and sustainable net sales and market share growth.
- Deliver the aligned key Sales and Brand performance indicators for the Nordics Zone as part of an integrated marketplace approach.
- Elevate the acceleration and impact of Europe Game Plan priorities within the Nordics Zone.
- Lead and role model a culture of high performance and inclusion within the wider organisation.
- Act as the leadership representative for Nordics, internally and externally, heading up the local Steerco and actively contributing to the North Europe Senior Leadership Team.
You will be a proven leader with exceptional people management skills, a high degree of commercial and business acumen, and passion for our industry!
Skills you’ll need:
- Significant experience of successfully leading large consumer focused commercial and brand teams within global or pan-country matrix organisations.
- Senior leadership experience in Sport, Fashion or FMCG preferred.
- Proven ownership and delivery against commercial and brand targets.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential. Abilities in local languages are beneficial.
- Consumer focus and ability to translate insights into compelling business plans.
- Continuous improvement mindset with strategic agility to create vision and lead change.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, negotiation, influencing and leading, in both internal and external environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management with senior internal and external contacts.
- Strong organisational and planning skills, including the ability to proactively plan and manage operational intervention simultaneously.

We operate a flexible hybrid model with 3 days in the office (2 fixed days for full collaboration with our colleagues) and the flexibility for you to choose to work from home up to 2 days per week. We also have an optional “Sports Hour” every Thursday, a sports club for you to choose your preferred activity, and an annual fitness allowance.
