This position is based in our Nordics HQ in Solna, with the expectation of visiting the accounts on a regular basis, as well as travel for business/sell-in meetings abroad.
What you’ll do:
We’re looking for a fluent English speaker to enable success in managing the account as a key driver in this role. Speaking a Nordics language fluently is a benefit.
As our Director Lifestyle at adidas, you’ll have the full responsibility of working with our Lifestyle led accounts as well as have accountability for the overall distribution of Originals product in Nordics. We’re looking for a skilled negotiator, who constantly plays to win and who can find win-win solutions that meet the needs of both the client and adidas.
We’re looking for an experienced leader that can lead leaders and teams, with a strategic mindset, vision and purpose and ability to build strong long-term sustainable partnerships internally as well as externally with your account. We’re looking for an individual who can constantly challenge and execute a business plan and strategy.
Strong digital/omni knowledge and experience is preferred. You’ll support to activate brand strategies & manage assigned categories/product segment together with the GTM and Marketing team, driving and increasing brand visibility and sell out both in store and online.
Identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling and expanding services for the accounts to maximize revenue and profitability, our Director Lifestyle is responsible for tracking KPIs for accounts, regularly reviewing progress against targets and implementing actions as needed.
Skills you’ll need:

Fluent in English. Fluency in a Nordics language is beneficial.

10+ years of retail experience in sales/key account management.

Current budget responsibility ownership & forecasting experience

Strategic thinking and planning: Ability to build and execute short-, mid-, and long-term Strategic Account Plans. Grow orderbook build and maximize Sell Out.

Commercial metrics/data skills: Proficiency in sales, margin, inventory management & KPI tracking.

Leading Leaders: Ability to influence managers of account/channel teams.

Systems & Software: Experience with SAP, Sales Tools, PowerBI, and Microsoft Office.

We operate a flexible hybrid model with 3 days in the office (2 fixed days for full collaboration with our colleagues) and the flexibility for you to choose where you work from home on the other 2 days.
