What you’ll do: 

As the Director of Strategic Accounts Nordics, you will lead the account team(s) consumer obsession, delivering commercial success through strong account planning and management. 

  • Create strong long-term sustainable partnerships with the assigned Nordic accounts, captured in concise and jointly built Strategic Account Plans. 

  • Manage & drive a clear GTM process with the account teams for each season, in conjunction with the GTM team, WHS Activation team and other relevant x-functional departments. 

  • Accountable for 2 Strategic Accounts (Stadium & Sport24), building long-term plans, executing short-term optimization. Ambition to be the #1 brand at both accounts, overall and across key categories. 

  • Drive WHS Retail concept execution and align with key x-functional stakeholders and other channel/account leads. 

  • Drive strong x-functional collaborations with Brand, AO, SCM, DPC, Business Insights, Finance and other relevant functions. 

  • You will be a natural born leader with exceptional people management skills, a high degree of commercial and business acumen, and passion for our industry! 

 

Skills you’ll need: 

  • Strategic thinking and planning. Ability to build and execute short-, mid- & long-term Strategic Account Plans. 

  • Strong Commercial metrics/data skills (Sales, Margin, Inventory Management, etc). KPI tracking and managing. 

  • Intimate knowledge of Sports & Lifestyle marketplace. 

  • Strong Digital/Omni experience. 

  • Systems & Software: SAP, Sales Tools, PowerBI, Microsoft Office. 

  • Strong Leadership & executive communication skills. 

 

Life at adidas: 

We operate a flexible hybrid model with 3 days in the office (2 fixed days for full collaboration with our colleagues) and the flexibility for you to choose where you work from home on the other 2 days. We also have an optional “Sports Hour” every Thursday @ 11-12, a sports club for you to choose your preferred activity, and an annual fitness allowance.
