Solna:
You’ll be joining our Nordic Headquarters in Solna, a brand‑new space where nearly 100 employees collaborate across Commercial, Brand Marketing, and Business support functions. As part of our North Europe Cluster, uniting the Nordics, UK, and Benelux, we work as one team driven by a shared passion for Sport and Fashion. With inspiring creative spaces and an open‑plan design, it’s an environment you’ll be excited to step into.

The successful candidate will be proactive, curious and solution orientated. You will be responsible for driving business growth by shaping strategy, leading high-impact initiatives, and enabling teams to deliver results through data, insights, and cross-functional collaboration, as part of the local leadership team.
A day in the life:
- Strategy & Growth
- Identify growth opportunities through data and translate them into clear, actionable plans.
- Build compelling business cases across categories and channels to drive performance.
- Strategic Leadership
- Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives as part of the leadership team.
- Deliver measurable impact aligned to key business priorities.
- Insights and decision making
- Provide actionable market and consumer insights to inform strategy.
- Embed data-driven decision-making to improve business performance.
- Cross functional alignment
- Align senior stakeholders to ensure focus, speed, and execution.
- Act as a central connector to drive collaboration and momentum.
- Head Office and Stakeholder Engagement
- Lead clear and consistent communication on business performance and priorities.
- Translate strategy and results into concise, compelling narratives.
