Join our Nordic Headquarters in our brand-new office in Solna, where we have nearly 100 colleagues working across Sales, Marketing, and support functions. The Nordics is part of our North Europe Cluster, bringing together the Nordics, UK, and Benelux as one team. What you’ll do:
We’re looking for a Senior FP&A Manager to join our Nordic Finance team. If you’re a data-driven problem solver, who loves turning numbers into insights and guiding big decisions, this role is for you. You’ll work across Sales, Ops, and Finance to help us grow smarter and faster.
What you’ll do
- Own forecasting and P&Ls, making sure sales, margin, and spend are on point.
- Run S&OP sessions and turn insights into clear actions.
- Build smart models and dashboards (think Power BI) that give teams clarity and speed.
- Keep the balance sheet tight — provisions, accruals, trade investments.
- Partner with leaders across the business to shape decisions with data.
What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years in FP&A or finance business partnering
- Strong modelling + forecasting skills (Excel, Power BI a plus)
- Confidence influencing senior stakeholders
- Leadership experience — you grow and inspire teams
- Ability to tell a clear story with data
Life at adidas - Nordics:
We operate a flexible hybrid model with 3 days in the office (2 fixed days for full collaboration with our colleagues) and the flexibility for you to choose where you work from on the other 2 days. We also have an optional “Sports Hour” every Thursday @ 11-12, a sports club for you to choose your preferred activity, and an annual fitness allowance.
